Massage Therapy is a hands on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and improves health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory system. Physical function can be developed, maintained and improved and physical dysfunction and pain can be relieved or prevented through the use of massage therapy.

Counseling is an activity that someone engages in when they are feeling the need for additional support outside their immediate family or friends. It is intended to be a safe, confidential space where one could express themselves freely in hopes to be relieved of any negative symptoms caused by stressors in their life. Each counselor may have a different method in how they facilitate their sessions.
Brianne provides a free initial consultation to explain the service and make sure it is the right fit for the client. Following an agreement to move forward, a full assessment of the individual will be completed. This will assist in determining the best action plan and which modalities to utilize along the way. The experience otherwise is a series of updates and skill building to attempt reaching the collaborative goal.
