Take several “me “breaks through your day to work on your posture.
- sit straight to lengthen your spine and open your chest
- take 3 long deep breaths
- 10 backwards shoulder rolls
- 10 shoulder blade squeeze
- 20 butt squeeze
- keeping your neck straight (pull back) make a double chin for 10
- take another 3 long deep breaths
Done! Walk and grab some water, notice your change in posture and mood
